A Night in Mammoth
Sitting atop a super volcano while gazing out to the universe is quite the humbling experience.
Last night I drove up to Mammoth Hot Springs in Yellowstone National Park in hope of catching Aurora and to test out my new Canon 6D, you read that right, I switched to Canon. This camera is incredible. This is a 3 shot composite; 2 shot panorama for the sky (ISO 6400, f/2.8, 30 seconds), 1 shot for the foreground (ISO 800, f/2.8, 8 minutes), taken with Rokinon 14mm with a Novoflex adapter.
